Hard to tell if a supplement is working but I think this one is helping me. Time will tell.

My mind always races 100 mph this calms my mind, improves my energy levels, and makes me rest well. Very effective product and is a great value.

Along with a regimen of new healthy habits, this product I have recently included. I chose this brand after reading the ingredient list. I have noticed a difference in my energy level. Tyger size of the capsule is not large and easy to swallow. Before I begin taking them, I had a slight pain, that may have been gas, but thanks to the milk thistle, pain no more.

I was hesitant about this product but honestly after taking them for a few days I can notice an increase in energy and focus, as well as curbed my appetite all day. They don't have any weird aftertaste like some supplements do. I am happy with this product and will continue to use it as part of my daily routine.

This supplement has no aftertaste and has helped boost my energy and metabolism. Great quality, very effective based on the description, easy to swallow the capsule does not stick to your mouth or throat with enough liquid. You get quite a few capsules for the price.

I absolutely love this Saffron Extract supplement. Unlike other supplements the capsules are not huge, they are a normal pill size, and there is no strong or funny odor. I usually get nauseous with supplements and vitamins but I can gladly say this does not have that effect on me. I could quickly tell that it was working and I'm very pleased with this product. I will be purchasing again and I would recommend it to friends and family.

I got this becuase I have been trying to lose weight and wanted something thing to suppress my appetite. It’s been 2 days so right now no different but I’m hoping that after taking it longer it will startTo work.

Husband and I we are taking the glucosamine and is pretty good.We are in our 50’s,as you know after that age bonds joints begins to slow down the collagen production and you need to consume or take certain vitamins to replace/help the joints.These collagen will help you pretty well,I don’t like it takes almost 3 weeks for you see results…I do recommend it!!!

Bought this for my bf and I must say how pleased I am with this product. He mentioned that he gets a boost of energy after like 30 minutes of taking a tablet. Will be getting him some more.

It tastes real good best so far. Very easy to swallow too I’m a bit of a moody person so I’m not sure if it triggers my mood as yet. It’s doesn’t have any effect on the stomach so far so good
